Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- No use of the AI features to generate disallowed content.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where the operating entity is established.
