End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Boarda governing your use of the Boarda application and related software.
License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and the Terms of Service.
Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or resell access.
Ownership
The software and all intellectual property remain the property of Boarda and its licensors. You retain ownership of your content.
Updates
We may update the software at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Termination
This license terminates automatically upon breach. Upon termination you must stop using the software.
