This Privacy Policy describes how Boarda ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our service.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, authentication provider identifiers.
• Board content: sticky notes, drawings, slides, and any other content you create.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and feature interactions.
• Voice input: audio is processed in your browser; transcripts are sent to our AI provider only when you trigger voice→stickies.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing).
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with sub-processors (hosting, AI inference, payment processing) strictly to operate the service.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact privacy@boarda.app.

Retention

Board data is retained while your account is active. Deleted boards are purged within 30 days.
